Do I need to code to use Orion Agents?
No. Configuration happens in the dashboard: you write instructions in plain English, pick channels and enable skills. Anyone who wants to extend can call their own APIs and publish custom skills.
Which channels are supported?
WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams, DingTalk, Feishu, WeCom, email and a WebSocket widget you can embed in any website.
How does pricing work?
By processed messages and active agents. The Free plan needs no credit card. You always see live usage and can set per-agent limits.
Where is my data stored?
Orion Agents runs on Microsoft Azure. Conversations and bot tokens are isolated per organization, encrypted at rest and in transit. We meet GDPR requirements; Enterprise customers can pin a specific region.
Can I use my own AI model?
Yes. We support OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude and local models that expose the OpenAI-compatible API. Choice is per agent.
Do you offer self-hosting?
Orion Agents is built on top of the open-source Nanobot project. Enterprise customers can run it on their own Azure subscription with our support.
